The session will explore what recruiters actually look for beyond a well written resume! From communication and confidence to problem solving, attitude, and professional presence. The speaker will also take participants through the often overlooked side of the interview process, helping them understand how interviewers assess candidates and what can truly make an impression. A practical session to decode the interview room, understand what happens on the other side of the table, and walk in better prepared for the opportunities ahead.
